Tech Policy Summit 2013

The seventh edition of Tech Policy Summit will be held November 6-7, 2013 at the Silverado Resort in Napa, California.

Registration for this year's conference is open, and the early bird rate is $995 through September 30th. After that date, the standard registration rate will be $1495. Those rates include admission to all conference sessions and meal functions; participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel.

Hotel Reservations

Tech Policy Summit has reserved a limited number of discounted suites at the Silverado Resort for attendees who plan to stay at the Resort during the conference. You can choose from either a standard guest suite, or you can upgrade to a much larger one bedroom fireplace suite.

Room rates start at $169 per night plus tax. In addition, please note that there is a mandatory resort fee of $20 per room per night that includes bell gratuities, on property transportation gratuities, self and valet parking, unlimited personal WIFI access, unlimited local and 800 calls in-room coffee and tea, tennis, golf bag storage, access to the fitness and workout facility and admittance to fitness classes.

Hotel rooms are limited so we encourage you reserve your room as soon as possible; you will receive an email with details on how to take advantage of the group rate once you complete your registration.

Payment Policy

Full payment of conference fees is due at time of online registration, via credit card or PayPal. Individuals who need to submit a check or make other payment arrangements should contact our office at 1-877-463-2047.

Cancellations & Refunds
        
All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Individuals who cancel on or before October 6, 2013 will receive a partial refund that is equal to 90 percent of your registration fees. After that date, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.

Substitutions

If you purchased a registration ticket and would like to transfer it someone else because you are unable to attend, please contact us at least four business days before the conference starts; written pre-approval is required for any substitutions. Everyone must be registered in advance to be admitted to the conference.
